actually i'm looking for sound quality than loudness, i don't want my trunk to sound stupid........just want a decent quality system.

what is the diff btw Speakers and Component speaker system? sorry, i'm a newbie at these - trying to learn more

as far as prices, search through ebay, www.carmedia1.com, www.thezeb.com, www.sounddomain.com

if you live near philly, i know a store that can prolly beat every online store and ebay's prices.

Nobody here likes the Diamond components? Should be able to find a nice set for around 300-400.

the good daimonds component sets are the ones of old . when it was with eaton .
they are not that good anymore for the price IMO.
