Default AUX Audio Input for 2003 Accord Coupe EX

I just bought a new MP3 player that I'd like to plug directly into my Honda Factory stereo. I see on the dash that there is a button which says "CD/AUX" -- has anyone succesfully plugged in a device other than a CD changer through the AUX port?

If so, please point me in the right direction to get adapters, etc.

Thanks,
Scott

You would have to find a adapter that has the same size and dia. plug as the cd changer, I know that the aftermarket alpine changers usually fit stock honda radios(honda head units are mostly alpine) but I've even seen pioneer honda head units with alpine changers, I'm not sure all cd changers have the same plug size or whatevr.

I'm sure someone out there makes an adapter.

What I used in my 2003 Accord EX is the SNHOND3 adapter from Soundgate. You might find the following web site useful:

http://www.distantcreations.com/accordipod/images.html

While this site talks about connecting an iPod in a 2004 EX, I took the exact same steps to connect a Creative Labs Zen MP3 player. Many people that have used the SNHOND3 talk about a problem with hiss which is why the ground loop isolator is used.
