You would have to find a adapter that has the same size and dia. plug as the cd changer, I know that the aftermarket alpine changers usually fit stock honda radios(honda head units are mostly alpine) but I've even seen pioneer honda head units with alpine changers, I'm not sure all cd changers have the same plug size or whatevr.

I'm sure someone out there makes an adapter.
