Stereo installation question

I know this sounds basic but...
I have a 95 Civic and can't figure out how to get the stereo out to install a new one.

I have installed countless stereos on other cars, but this one is giving me fits!

I can't figure out how to get the trim off to get the stereo in!

Any help would be appreciated!

Are you talking about the speakers or the head unit:thinking:
