Default 2004 Honda Navigation System

Hello People,

Anyone here have experience of the a Honda Navigation system, which runs off a DVD. Is it possible to expand the system to play dvd movies, or plug in a TV Tuner???

At the back of the unit there are two unused connectors anyone know what these are for??

Any further details about the system will be much appreciated.

THANKS ALL.

well more then likely those two connections are for the Base Kit you can buy... But I asked my sales rep about being able to play DVD Movies through it and he said you cant play on that screen but he had a lady who put a monitor in the sun visor and then played movies through the navagation systems player... Now I dont know if this is true or not...

Now I have a question.... Anyone know how to get rid of the stupid disclaimer that comes up every single time you start the car?

First of all, it illegal. Second of all, why do you want to watch movies while your driving?

you cannot stick a dvd movie into the navi drive and play it.
ther are 3rd party options that tap into the video link to the navi screen, but you would still need a dedicated dvd drive for that..
