Default Noise in subwoofer

ive had subs in my car for a really long time..they have been working fine with no problem....a few weeks ago i had to change my car battery because it was old...ever since the new battery my subs have been making a poping sound when i start my car and i can hear a whiny noise from them. I tried grounding my amp in diff places but i still have the problem. the subs dont make the noise when the rca cables arent plugged in. but i never had a problem with them before. anyone please help i want my bass back!!!!

Our power acoustik never sounded that bad. And honestly, I don't ever remember getting one back that I can recall.
