unfair? ok, maybe a little, but its like suing for emotional damage after the theft/break in.

some guy was selling a 12W6v2 for $215+shipping or so. IMO, thats a great price. or try to find a used 10W7. that would rock!

w7's are great, but you need some serious juice to push, and caps to back that power......depends on what you have to spend!@

When I went to repurchase my subs the other day (they were stolen) they were sold out. But the guy was giving me a great deal on the W7 - and it was almost tempting since the amp that I had purchased (Rockford 451s) would have powered it quite nicely. Can't remember how much it was, but I think in the box, a 10w7 was about...$625 maybe? Honesly can't say. It was tempting, but I decided to wait for the 2 10w3v2's again.

same subs i just got as replacements. The system is all wired...just need to finish the custom stuff now and then fire it up
