Hey, I have a Viper 600ESP alarm on my integra and yesterday when I armed it it seemed very quiet, so I walked back and disarmed it, the double chirp was just as quiet. So I fiddled around with it, put it in valet mode, took it out, still quiet.
I started my car and held the panic button (booty call...), and the alarm itself is quiet as well.
Has anyone seem this before, I've only had my alarm for about a year, and I don't think its a good thing to have an alarm that isn't very loud.
Any help or ideas would be very appreciated.

take a look at the siren....if everything looks ok, take a look at any loose wiring, if that doesnt work, replace the siren.

I took off the siren and a small amount of water (:ugh, inside the siren. Strange...but its fine. Thanks.

my siren is faced down, just in case of that problem. =D

 

Thats what gets me, so is/was mine.
