Default Simple question here, is it possible to.....

tighten the clutch? on my 94 5th gen Accord, i have to let off the clutch quite a ways before it'll catch. I know it could be a bad clutch but that wasn't the question. Is there a cable I could tighten to alleviate this issue?

I thought I made it very clear that I wanted the question answered, not suggestions made. Guess not. But now that it is clear, is the clutch in my car cable and if so can it be adjusted?

What you are trying to do is adjust the pressure on your pedal so it will grab. I know someone who did it so when I talk to him I will let you know. It let him grab it like it did before but it finally burned out and burned out quick. But you can kiss ur clutch goodbye. Just warning you.

think so? it grabs in all gears, don't have any problems shifing, revving, accelerating, nothing at alll. It's just pedal travel. And on of the things Honda would check if I was to take my g'f car to get the 60k mile tune up, is the slack in the clutch pedal cable. I was inquiring if mine was able to be adjusted too. I don't really think my clutch is needing to be replaced yet, jmo.
