New at this...where do I start?
Hey guys...Im new to all of this...I just got a 2002 Honda Accord 4door Lx...satin silver.....and I was wondering if anyone can recommend some websites where i can search for wheels...currently I have hupcaps..but Im lookin for an upgrade... what sorta of wheels are good? bad? popular? So if anyone can give me some advice or even some good website i can look myself..I'll greatly appreciate it..and maybe some websites on accessories I can get too...what about Interior Trim kits, are they any good? is it noticable that its just 'stuck' on w/ 3m tape? So anybody got any good advice on what I can do to spice up my ordinary accord? Thanks people....

Hey chinaman812
I'm in the same situation too. My LX Sedan is white.
I added the interior trim that is OEM, from www.handaaccessories.com and it looks fine.
I also just upgraded from the same wheels you have. I HATE HATE HATE the stock Michelins. I just got a package from WheelMax for a damn good price I think. 17x7's and some good tires for 550.
I'm interested in what all you do to customize yours, so let's keep in touch. I don't want to get waay out there, but I want to make it distinctly mine and a little more fun to drive.
Good luck!

Hi - welcome :wavey:
I also have a new satin silver sedan - I bought a pair of slightly used 2002 OEM alloys on ebay, just so I could get rid of the plastic hubcaps and not worry too much about wheel gap right now. I'm going to put winter tires on them in a couple of months. Eventually they will probably be just winter wheels.

If you going to get anything besides OEM wheels, please drop your car first. 6th gen 4x4s don't look that good. If you want to do it right do the suspension first then get a nice pair of rims. You can get a pair of springs for about $200 and get a slight drop that you won't have to worry about getting new shocks right away. Of course I'd recommend getting true coilovers, I've got Teins and the ride is great. But I'd do suspension before you consider getting rims.
Welcome man.

Well now I'm in a panic thinking my car is going to look nuts!!! I just got those 17x7's, but the wheel diameter is the same on the new tires... so hopefully I won't be too 4x4. Oh well, winter is coming to KS soon anyway!
