Yes of coarse stock is only putting 120hp to the crank, but that was pretty good for its time. Now with all the advancements that can be put to the a20a3 motor, we can easily compete with the "newer" stuff.
actually dude, you missed my point. I was impressed by his 140 hp at the wheel. that's why I wrote "who say's new is better"....I actually prolly put 115 hp to the ground cuz of my slomatic status anyway.

anyhoo what's he got under the hood in terms of mods?

Sorry, misunderstood you... My bust. Anyways, he has the standard H/I/E plus a custom adj. cam gear, and a cam. That is all he has on it..
