Don't be a cheap ass. Your going to mess up your car. Get injen or AEM so you actually have places to hook up your hose lines to the intake(in the right spot). If you do this right like I did you will drop .2 seconds off your ET and add 1mph to it.j

 

Torque loss? Injen doesn't make you lose torque. What dyno are you looking at. W/ my Injen Intake I gained power everywhere including down low. I have my best 60ft time w/ intake.

 

I'm looking at the dyno sheet now...HP up from 193.8 to 208.2, torque up from 169.0 to 180.2 with the intake on.

 

dang...15 whp and 11 ft-lbs...those are nice gains...what's that on and with

 

on a 2003 accord v6, injen race division intake.

 

if you were truly despirate for a cheap intake, go to home depot and get some dryer duct hose ... then go to autozone and get a generic filter.

i say just get the injen intake ... why bother altering an intake not ment for the accord?
