Buying HIDs in NYC

Does anyone know of a place in NYC (preferably Brooklyn or Manhattan) where I can get some HIDs. I've heard to many bad stories of people ordering them online, and i'd rather buy them in person (for a decent price).

Have you tried Rayco or Big Boy Toys on Queens Blvd?
They sell a lot of stuff and maybe they can order for you.
Where in Brooklyn you from?
