what is the highest 1157 bulbs? any color ..
and where to find?

 

Im running H4 90/100 watts. vs OEM 55/65

Any specialty shop should have'm or Ebay

all 1157 bulbs are the same wattage... the number of the bulb tells what style bulb it is and what wattage. You can use 3497 bulbs though, which are basically the same bulb, but higher wattage, only problem with them is they are $7 a pair for regular replacement bulbs, compared to like $2 a pair for 1157.

a 1157 bulb is rated at 5 & 32 candlepower I believe, and a 3497 is 8 & 45. Not a huge difference, but it is noticable.

 

they have halogen 1157s. u can get they thru jcwhitney. 10w/50w, something rediculous like that. they'll melt ur housings for sure
