Default 95 projector: bulb question

i got projectors on my 95 accord sedan and one of the bulbs are dead. my friend tells me you have to drop the bumper to remove bulbs on these projectors but im not sure if its true.

the funny thing was i washed my car's engine the other day. using the can of engine degreaser and rinsing it off too. im kinda worried that i wet some electrical components that had to do with the wiring for the bulb. the car runs fine tho.

any feedback of how to remove the bulbs would be appreciated. thanks

on the back of the assembly there should be caps that twist off, revealing the bulb. You dont have to take the bumper off...........I had them on my 94 sedan and didnt have to. Mine went through bulbs about once a month or so. I hated them. So I made my black housing JDM style lights instead.

what bulbs are h3?

can u get them at an ordinary part store? or do you have to go to some other fancy place and get them. im not sure if h3 for stock headlamps are compatible with h3 for projectors

My D2S projectors allow me to change bulbs from the back of the headlight housing. But HID have 10 times the lifespan of halogen. So I'll let you know in about 10 years.
