95 accord rotors, pain
you are going to upgrade to the wagon rotors and calipers and also upgrade your pads you are better off to again swap over to the CL hubs and use the 3.0 CL rotors which are 11" rotors same as the wagon also need to get the 3.0 CL calipers and get brake pads as well. As far as what parts to get what what are you going to use the car for, street, track, autocross?????
My set up is powerslot rotors, Axxis metal master pads and she is awaiting SS brake lines.
You can also check accordinglydone.com they have a sticky about how to do the rotor over hub design using both the stock 10.2 inch rotor size and also the upgraded 11" rotor swap

I found out another problem with the 95 accord front rotors. I was told by the dealer mechanics that when you change the front rotors you also have to change the bearings. He said that the rotors are not pressed on but it is actually the bearings that are pressed on and that you almost always have to replace and repack the bearings. I have never done anything with bearings. As I understand it I would have to buy some bearing grease and new bearings and smear them with grease and then smear where the bearing go with grease and "pack" the bearings back in and cover them with more grease. Then I am wondering if I have to have a hub puller to get the rotors off then what the hell do I use to press the rotors back on? Things are looking like I am just going to have to suck it up and let them rip me off. I called about twenty other shops around my area and none said they could change the rotors out of my car but one. That guy wanted more than the honda dealer to do it and would not use anyone elses parts but his double and a half priced parts. shit shit shit shit! Sometimes I feel like if I had a duck it would drown and then someone would send me a bill for the burial and then I would get a ticket for illeagal operation of a duck in the water and then some ass would sue me because the duck had defiled their land and on and on.

why do you want to replace the discs? the only reason to replace them is if you have had them cut 3 or more times and they are too thin to cut again. minimum thickness is stamped on the disc, 19mm on the 5th gen accord i believe. if you need brakes and can have the discs cut, find a shop that has a machine that can cut them ON the car. they are hard to find, but usually dealers and shops that work hondas will have the equipment, the honda dealer in my area does. this way you dont have to remove the discs, but you will pay about 200 bucks for cutting rotors and new pads at the dealer. now if you definetely need new rotors, you dont need a puller, you just need to know how to pull them. if you disassemble them with a puller, you run the risk of damaging the bearing, which is sealed and cannot be repacked, only replaced. now is the time to invest in a hanes repair manual for your car, it has step by step inst on how to replace the discs. to remove the discs, you have to remove the axle nut, loosen the four exterior bolts on the hub, remove the steering arm, wheel sensor, and lower nuckle. pull the steering knuckle away from the car and pull the cv joint out of the hub. there are 4 12 point bolts on the back of the hub/brake disc assembly that attach it to the steering knuckle. the hub and disc are now free from the car and you remove the 4 face bolts from the hub(that you previously loosened) and remove the disc from the hub assy. again, you dont need a puller, if you use a puller you are seperating the hub from the bearing and you can damage it!!!!!
I bought a hanes manual and follwed step by step what it said to do and no matter what those rotors would not come off. I even had a mechanic buddy of mine help me and he could not get those rotors to come off. I even resorted to pounding the back of them with a rubber mallet. Did not budge at all. I checked and double checked and there was absolutely nothing holding those rotors on. I had to resort to going to the dealer and handing over 600 bucks and sure enough they had a special machine that nobody can buy to pull the rotors off and then they had to replace the bearings. I could not have the rotors resurfaced b/c the backs of them were gone. The front looked good but the back was gone on the front.
