I can't handle just driving around in an automatic, there's just nothing exciting about it. You have to wait for it to get up to revs, you have to listen to that annoying automatic noise as it changes gears. I like the nice meaty sounds of throwing a car into gear and if you **** up that gut wrenching grinding letting you know that you ****ed it all up.

Real tuners drive manual....at least if they plan on going fast

 

I have an Auto right now, but it will be a manual next month.

 

I ahve an automatic with a h23 motor. It sucks i wish i had teh $$ for a 5spd. But it is nice on long trips or driving in atlanta.

 

I guess i can say that an automatic would be easier in traffic.... no, nevermind, I still actually really like my manual even in traffic. As for really long trips, usually the car is in 5th gear and once it's in 5th gear, there's no shifting.

 

i have an auto. tranny wasnt an issue when i was car shopping. i wasnt an enthusiast then. these days i dunno where i wanna go with the car so i guess you can say im indifferent. i love just being in the car though.

 

I have a manual. I HATE automatics :madfawk:. As long as I'm ADHD, and need other things to do while driving, I refuse to buy a car that has an automatic. I waited a long time for Honda to make a V6 Accord Coupe with a manual trany. I was extremely disappointed when I found out the 6th gen coupe only came with an automatic. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out you could get the V6 7th gen coupe with a manual...so I had to get one

i had an auto, its nice, sometimes...like if u have a girl with u :naughty: but now that i got my 5 speed 5th gen, i couldnt do without it, autos are jus too boring...
