Knowing Honda, it's the bare minimum. I'd like to know the same for mine, but I think that it's only 40 watts/channel.

rms is probably about 8-12 watts per channel. the max might say 40 watts but that doesn't really matter. my pioneer 8400 says 50x4 but I was told at most it only gets 16-18 which is a little under what pioneer claims(22watts).

03 coupe is 180w I think and take that and divide by 6 speakers...

I see people complaining about the stock system in the coupes...but its more than enough...the bass is loud a hell, and when you wanna roll up in style, put the volume to about 30 and everyone with in a block can hear it even with the windows up.

Yea its a good system, I mean I popped some 12's in and would like to be able to go a LITTLE bit louder ONLY for the fact that some CD's and some radio stations are not as loud as others so I have to max the radio to get where I want it... but most of the time I dont pass 30... I dont like putting it at 40 but I would like to see it a tad louder, like the coupe can and I would be good but I dont wana add an amp for such minor amount of more loundness I want... Just going to get some better sensitivity speakers...
