accord 2003 v4 question
Hey guys, just signed up a couple of minutes ago. I recently saw the Mugen Inspire version of the Accord 4dr and suddenly had an urge to "try" to hook up my car like crazy. I was just wondering what I can do increase the HP of my whip. I recently purchased a INJEN CAI from nopi.com and will let you guys know how that goes. Can you guys please leave some manufacturers/parts that I can get so i can hook it up right. Thanks
Sell your car...and buy the V6. With the I4 just go for looks, unless you want a challenge...in which case go with an intake, exhaust(those are the only two things out so far for the V6, not sure about the i4) or some nitrous

However, I shouldn't be track racing, but instead I should be focusing on better things in my life and not ruining my car while at it. Although, I am thinking about selling my TSX for a faster and better car.
Welcome to the board. One thing to realize is that HP comes at an expensive price with Accords. If you really want more power, you should go with a V6 Accord, or start saving for a turbo kit for when they come out, or get a custom turbo kit made.
Personally, I'd invest money in the suspension, more bang for you buck there. Make it handle great for $1K instead of spending $1K on bolt ons like intake, exhaust, headers that only give you like 10whp and leave you much slower than a lot of cars.
With a tight suspension, you can leave faster cars in the dust on those twisty roads, and it's much more fun than going in a straight line.
Anyway, as more products come available for your new car, you'll see what's available.
