Welcome to the board. One thing to realize is that HP comes at an expensive price with Accords. If you really want more power, you should go with a V6 Accord, or start saving for a turbo kit for when they come out, or get a custom turbo kit made.

Personally, I'd invest money in the suspension, more bang for you buck there. Make it handle great for $1K instead of spending $1K on bolt ons like intake, exhaust, headers that only give you like 10whp and leave you much slower than a lot of cars.

With a tight suspension, you can leave faster cars in the dust on those twisty roads, and it's much more fun than going in a straight line.
