my new 17" motegi mr-7

 

a week later i got caught in a hail storm.

my insurance had allready cut me a check for the accident or they woulda totaled it!!!

cost for this: $250 comp deductible

replaced parts list for both:
hood
roof
trunk
rear bumper
2 fenders
pass rear door
rear quarter panel
all window trim had to be replaced from hail dings
(1) 17" motegi mr-7
entire car repainted including the door gaurds

grand total $7900 + rental car for 28 days

grand total cost to me: $450 :yay:

here she is afterwards. i had the pinstripping & rear emblems left off.

did ya notice that i had the black window trim from a dx model put on instead of the chrome?

decided i didn't like the light output of the projectors & have gone back to the factory heads

 

also decided to go back to the factory tails & have ordered that testors spray-tint to tint 'em a little darker. i plan to do the reverse/turn area w/ 3-4 coats & the brake area w/ 1-2. i also plan on doing the parking light secton of the heads w/ 2-3 coats as well.
