Hey guys, I just recently ordered + installed a Spoon sports 5spd shift knob on my ex coupe 5 speed. As you probably know, there is a plastic adaptor piece that holds the shift boot to the shaft, and I really had some trouble trying to figure out how i would set up the shift boot... I would appreciate any comments/thoughts! Thanks

P.S. right now I just took the black zip lock piece and tightened it around the shift boot and slid it down towards the bottom.
It looked alright for about a week, but now it's starting to look a little cheap. Thanks!

 

Hey, I saw a post on the civic SI forums....it had a DIY changing the shift knob and eevrything with pics...try that...dont know where it was sorry...
