Default WAX question

hey guys i just got done puttin the megiurs wax on my car i put it on in the shade now how long do i wait for it to take the wax off .. should i leave it in the sun or shade? and

never wax in the sun ... always in a cool shaded area. you can just tell when the wax is dry ... if you started on your hood and worked your way around, by the time you're done ... the hood should be ready for buffing.

AHHHHHHHH gottta go and get it out of sun.. should i leave it in the shade now for a few before i start to buff?

if you applied in a cool area, and then moved it to the sun, nothing too bad should have happened ... if you started buffing in the sun, that's not a good thing.

just messing w/ya:chuckles: it just makes it harder to remove, and can induce spotting too. if that happens, you just have to use more elbow grease to get rid of it, nothing big.

actually, buffing in the sun can swirl your paint

apply, and remove in the shade. never wax your car in the sun,


like said, it'll be a pain in the ass to get off correctly.

and the reason for that is the extra pressure you have to use to remove the wax, plus, doing it in the sun won't allow it to dry like it's supposed to,it'll stay tacky.
