I'm about to buy an accord and am not going to be modding it, but I have a Philips xenon kit from my old car but it only works with projector housings not reflective.

Are there projector housing available for the accord cause if not I'm going to sell the xenon kit. If so how much for the projectors?

 

hmmm ... if i'm correct, the projectors for the gen 6 accord do not use the 9006 headlight bulb. it converts it to something else. also, projectors suck as far as visibility goes.

I beg to differ. I upgraded from reflective to projectors in my previous car and the difference was phenominal but I just realized my xenon kit has H7 bulb adapters. If the accord takes another size light they wouldn't work anyway.

 

heh, that's probably because you had quality-made projector lamps for the audi. just because you see projectors, doesn't mean they're good quality (especially for the aftermarket). most of them are made with h3 bulbs. :naughty:

 

That makes sense. I guess I'll just sell the bulbs and get the right ones for the stock accord headlamps. I don't feel like spending loot on a headlight upgrade anyhow.
