silverstars are still about 20bucks/bulb where I live.

maybe you should invest in a HID kit, if you want great lighting.

as good as any of these high end halogens are, they still only have half the output of a good HID kit and they only last 1 year max.

HID will probably run about $400-550 but they'll outlive the car and be way better.

Couldnt you have used a wire harness adapter to use higher wattage bulbs? I've seen those adapters at Pep Boys

$200 could have gotten you a pretty nice HID kit off E-bay. This is the people im going to buy my kit from
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=36476

They have the diamond white (most expensive) and the blue/white which is what im gonna get

people say that they look cheap, but all the kits look the same wiring, bulbs, ballast, and mounts........only difference is brand name. Lots of people buy there HID kits, if you need info on them send them a message

BTW, cheap bulbs is what makes the harnesses melt. I havent had a problem with mine, but I have Hiper Industries bulbs
I have never heard of those bulbs??

You can probably fix it yourself for cheaper. Especially since you have to pay for it anyways. So not covered under warranty?
