I need to get a new header for my 94LX (f22 non-vtec) ...
From the info you guys provided
I can get a ex 4-2-1 to fit in .... (I would have to modify the o2 sensor)
Will their be power gains anywhere?
Or should I just go with a performance header?
Whats your suggestions?

your other 'fellow honda board' is dumb. its basically the opposite. 4th gens are interchangeable, 5th gens are not.
f22b2 exhaust ports - oooo f22b1 exhaust ports - o oo o

Wrong! I looked at My F22B2, took the heatshield off. It is looks like: 0 00 0 and same for the F22B1 I saw in a picture from a guy who actually swapped a F22B1 Head onto a F22A and put a F22B2 Exhaust Manifold onto the F22B1 Head....

heres a pic of Accorden's LX engine bay w/ aftermarket header.

exhaust ports go: O OO O

heres a pic of my stock EX exhaust manifold.

exhaust ports also go: O OO O

it looks the same to me but to be sure go to autozone and ask if you can see a f22b1 exhaust manifold gasket and a f22b2 gasket and see if they line up exactly.
