Just curious...

I have a 95 accord...black with grey leather interior.

I never thought of getting a tint becuase I didn't think a traditional black tint would look good on a black car.

If I had a blue, silver or red car...then I would get a dark dark dark tint to emphasize the exterior color.

And...I hate the metallic/mirror tints...in my opinion...those are purely RICY!!! :nono:

Anyways...what are your opinions on what kind of tints look good on black cars...anyone w/ black cars and tints especially...post pics if you can...thanx!

 

Just get a 50% standard black tint all around. It keeps you cool in the sun.

 

I have a 35% tint all around, it's a charcoal gray color. Just keeps the car a lot cooler and more comfortable.

50% here, it's legal here, and I really don't like dark tint.......just wanted a light smoke look.

I don't think 20% is legal anywhere. Definatly not here in Texas h: but cops don't ticket it here.

i did 5% on my side and rear windows and 35% on the front doors. makes a huge diff in how hot my car gets.
i had to take down a photogallery i had while rebuilding the server, but my gf has a black 4 door civic with almost the same tint as me and i think the black tint looks very good on a black cara.

 

I also think black looks good on black cars....I dunno what % mine is but its called #1 in the front, #2 in the back...
