i hate alignments
today i go to the tire shop
i thought my front end was out because there was some tire wear on the outside of the tires
turns out my front end is fine, but my back end is pretty ****ed up
the right rear has some negative camber i dont remember how much
but the left rear has ****ing 1.5 degrees negative camber. my shit isn't even lowered!
but i was thinking, instead of paying 500 bucks for labor and new rear adjustable control arms, can i use the washer technique for the rear like other people do for their rear when they lower their suspension? its the same situation right? my rear has negative camber just as if it were lowered, just it isn't. or if there is anything else you guys can help me out with in this situation, it would be MUCH appreciated.

yea you can use the washer. do you trust the shop?
outside tire wear = positive camber or poor toe alignment. Camber causes inside tire wear.

i kind of trust the shop. i know one of the guys who works there but he was'nt working on my car
i know him because my best friend's dad is friends with this guy and he comes over to his house sometimes and stuff. he really knows his shit
but as far as my alignment being off, the guy working on my car did show me that in the front it was fine because i have as much inside wear as i do outside wear, which i didn't notice for some reason. but it is negative in the back because the inside of the tire is ate up to ****.
where in norcal did u go? one place (big O) said my alignment was pretty bad, i went to another and they told me just a washer trick would help...
BTW click my sig, we're having a meet next month

i'm already goin to the accord meet
but they had it on the computer and shit like that, and its pretty damn obvious its out of alignment

Just search for it, they are M10 1.25 x 45 is stock size pitch bolts. So find one of those bolts, then get washers that will fit those. i would say 2-3 washers per side x 4 = 8-12. Then you just unscrew one bolt on the control arm all the way, unscrew the second bolt just a little, and slide in washers, then do it the other way.
pooh boi said i should get Metric M10x1.25 pitch by 60 mm long and 7 washers/bolt. the washer type should be 10 mm or 3/8"
i'm not sure what M10X1.25 pitch is supposed to mean
is that like length by diameter or something?
