outside tire wear = positive camber or poor toe alignment. Camber causes inside tire wear.

i kind of trust the shop. i know one of the guys who works there but he was'nt working on my car
i know him because my best friend's dad is friends with this guy and he comes over to his house sometimes and stuff. he really knows his shit
but as far as my alignment being off, the guy working on my car did show me that in the front it was fine because i have as much inside wear as i do outside wear, which i didn't notice for some reason. but it is negative in the back because the inside of the tire is ate up to ****.
