Egr Valve Hose.
hey guys,
heres the story, my car wants to stall out and runns ruff, and idles like shit. well i just found out that if i take the vaccum hose off the egr valve that runs from the constant vaccum control valve on the fender wall, it runs fine, but when i install the hose back on my problems start again. ive changed the constant valve on the fender wall and the egr valve , and still the same story. i also noticed that when i take the vaccum hose off, theres not vaccum at all. wtf is it? my cel goes on/off now every 3 days. ANYONE PLS HELP.

Try to find the code strored in the computer, then go from there.
Computer controls the vacuum flow to the EGR, other things can effect it like if the throttle position sensor is out of range, the computer might think your off idle and open up the EGR.
