No piston/valve contact issues I assume correct? Milled head at all?

Nope no issue at all.

Getting the head back in the next day or so and I will pop up some pics of that as well.

What gen car is this for?

Its a 98 H22A4 (USDM Prelude motor) and it is in my 94 Accord Sedan.

Put it in about a year ago as a stock motor, and had this in the works for the last two years and it is finally getting put together according to plans.

Full list is:

Crower Cam Gears
Crower Springs & Retainers
Crower Cams
Eagle Rods
JE 87mm domed Pistons
AEM Fuel Regulator and Gauge
ACT Lightened Flywheel
Timing Belts and Water Pump
Head Gasket
Intake Gasket
Various Machining
LSD Tranny
Re Chipped ECU to manage it all

And no I will not discuss price.
