I have a 2003 EX 4-cyl coupe... and I have the Aero kit on there.. what drop do you guys think would be playing it safe while having the lowered look??

I'm glad you took off those stickers, but that i-vtec sticker should come off too. If you have to keep that sticker, don't place it in the center of the rear window. Put it where those Civic Si's put their DOHC VTEC stickers.

I just bought a stainless tip from a Pep Boys. It's pretty cool looking though, the way it flares out, etc. I'll get a pic eventually for you

You don't NEED it - but you will go through tires about 25% faster without it. You can't get the alignment completely back into spec without it. SPC is the only place that has parts for front and rear out. But they are decent priced, if you know where to get the parts.
