true benifit by taking out resonator

yeah, most of the benefit is the sound... but i swear after i took mine out, i thought there was a little more power at higher speeds, like when i'm merging onto the freeway, for example. not sure tho, it could very well just be psychological

it's all in your head. The resonator gives maybe 1/10th of a horsepower gain. It sounds louder and faster, therefore you fall into thinking that it actually feels faster. I think its a pretty cool diy, without spending a penny, and actually feels good when you hear the deep throaty noise.

ur joking right? I doubt there is any difference at all, besides the sound, that's what makes you think it's faster, cause it actually sounds like it is, I loved it when I was all stock and only removed the resonator. Acutally, I hadn't even removed it, I just took out the coupler between it and the air box and it rumbled like a mofo. I'd turn heads on WOT.
