AEM CAI Whistle????
I have a 6th gen V4 Accord with an AEM CAI that whistle between 2500-2800 RPM. Did I screw something up or does all AEM CAI do this? Anyone know how to fix this problem?
Nope, and its not a problem; thats what CAI's do. You removed the stock piping, and resonators which were more restrictive and quieter, and replaced them with this freer flowing piping which makes more noise.
You should have done a little more research first if this is a big issue for you.
P.S. your engine is an I-4 not a V-4

your prolly not talking about the induction sound... there's an actual whistling btw 2 1/2 thru 3 1/4 rpms, it's annoying and can be fixed. there's a screw at the TB that can be loosened to alleviate that problem

2nd all intakes (short ram & CAI) make a "whistling" sound. all that is, is the sound of the air coming into the intake
