Default Rotors that won't rust

I just ordered some rims and realized that they're going to look crappy with rusted a$$ rotors. Can anyone suggest some decent affordable rotors that won't rust?

If i get brembo front rotors... they will not rust correct? Will i notice an improvement in braking or anything? Do you think i can take them somewhere to be installed if i bring in my own rotors? How much should i expect to pay to install new front rotors?

what if... you buy new rotors, and spray them with some high temp paint? that way, they cant rust.

you guys sprayed your ROTORS?? Correct me if im wrong but the pads on the calipers squeeze the rotors to stop your car, the paint would just be rubbed off the rotor no?? Even if it just stuck where rust usually forms, i would imagine it would crack and chip in short order.
