Should i take it to a tranny specialist... maybe they can adjust some of the belts or something?

me = idiot

Thanks guys
I am having similar problems with my 1998 Accord v6. Primarily when sitting for while (over night, all day at work). Shifts almost like a manual with the clutch partially depressed. Very annoying and concerning.

I have the fluid replaced at 60K-ish miles.

Dealer couldn't find anything wrong yet - no lights, no codes.

Did you find out any more on yours?

Have you looked at any other transmission posts? It's a very common problem. If you don't have CELs then it's a bad tranny. If you have over 100k miles you won't get a dime from Honda, if you have under you might if you're a good talker. Search.

And 60k miles is not the recommended interval :slap:
