Default wkjoyce...

Would it be possible for you to post some pix of your cars interior. Reason I ask is that I'm getting the same car/color combo as you and I've been debating about having them put in the metal-look trim kit. Some pix would really help me decide. Thanks!!!

BTW... is the trim kit a DIO or does it come from the factory?

Thanks again,
Kirk

drmmrboy - I'm glad you are happy with your car - it sounds like you got a good deal - what color is it? It's great now that, with Carfax and all, people can buy used cars and know what they're getting. And, the coupes are definitely cool if you don't have to put kids and/or dogs in the back seat (not that my dog will go in my car.) But whether or not something is "better" is mostly a matter of opinion, you do get to a point in life where you just want to be the "original owner" - get that new car smell, watch the odometer turn over to 100, and all that. Also, the DX is not nearly as stripped as it was even one year ago. I do have power windows and AC, and the same engine as all the other 4 cylinders, and since the 2 speakers I have are going to be replaced ASAP anyway, missing the back 2 doesn't bother me a bit. (By the way - sorry this is so long, but - before I bought my car I checked on the Certified Honda website to see what the resale value would be - and I found 2 different DXs (2002) in New England that were over a year old, with more than 12,000 miles on them and no added options, that were selling used for more than I was paying for my car new. So, I didn't think it was a "dumb" purchase!)
I think the fact that there is a little diversity here - people of different opinions, ages, lifestyles, etc. on this forum make it a really interesting board to read.

titaniumGSR, I didn't know Honda made a GSR version of the Accord. LOL

Thanks Draka, I think so too.

c5kirk, it's not the best picture, if you want more angles let me know. Those are all the pieces in the kit. Nothing more for the door or anything. I think they could have added more for the dash/console area, at least the a/c vents in the center.

well I guess you win with the whole family part, I am only 16 so I got a ways before I gotta worry about all that. yeah it was the factory gold/silver color, but I put it in today to get it resprayed to a lighter silver (w/ out the gold). I got rear ended the last week, so the other people's insurance is paying for the damage and to paint the back of the car, so I figured what the hell. So I only have to pay $300 for the rest of the paint job. Works great for me

Hello everyone , I got a 03 V6 Coupe w/Navi 7500 miles since febuary. Any way I was wondering if anybody know where I can find a Neuspeed strut bar for it. I cant seem to find it, I see it for the older accords but nothing for the new ones.

The only place I found it, and bought it from was from www.neuspeed.com - a bit pricey, but I couldn't find it elsewhere either.
