HandA says they have a sale like that once or twice a year. I'm waiting until then to pick up the front lip that I tore up

Nope, I'm not mistaken.

And it was 2001 that they changed the look.

Here is one for example:
2002 coupe with 98-00 front bumper and OEM kit:

hey ... that's bart's car! i know that dude. he did do a full bumper conversion. his car is a 2002 SE and he did all that work in under a year

I think the 2000 was the year the coupe got the facelift treatment---with the different grille, wheels, lower front bumper, rear valance, different factory side sills, etc...but if the 2000 model did not receive the facelift, and it began in 2001, then the 2000 model may be accepting the 98-99 OEM kit....and thats what you may be seeing when you say you see "2001" or "2002" models....

My 99 already wears the OEM full kit; was just asking questions to help out the dude regarding his 2001 and what would be needed for his car to wear the 98/99 OEM kit, which you and your deliciuously polite comrade in arms did already. I only wish the best for the lad who originally posted his question and hope he fulfills his utmost factory ground effects fantasies. :fawk:
