Be careful with that radiator hose! I suggest you replace that like RIGHT NOW!!! I had a very similar problem, same location. I noticed it one Friday afternoon. I drove my car the next day to work, 1 mile. Then drove to the autoparts store, bought a new hose and coolant. Drove home, and turned off the car. *POP* Pshh!!! Antifreeze going everywhere. And once it goes, you have to let the car cool off before working on it. So you won't be able to move the car from where it is. I just happen to have some pics.

Before:

After:

BTW, you will notice I don't have a heat shield, but I actaully took that off to clean, and didn't even drive the car with it off. I had the car idle for 5 minutes without it on, but that was it.

Thanks man. I will have to get working on that. Now did your temp. gauge shoot up into red? Cuz that is what mine does and I always notice my radiator hose is huge after I look at the gauge.

Don't forget A NEW RADIATOR CAP. It helps regulate all the pressure.
