There was a recall for Auto trannies on 01 4cyl Accords, as it was the first time they were built in the US.

the sound's pretty hard to describe...imagine dumping a bucket of water on asphalt...but imagine it with lot of water, very fast...power's good...still running it pretty rich until i get to dyno which should be next week...also, i'm planning on upping the boost to 9 or 10 and tuning it...with enough fuel, i think 9/10 psi will be fine...

looks nice, congrats bro, two quick questions, since i'm a turbo noob, why do u have the oil line from the pan to the turbo? whats it's use? and why do u have an cone intake in the turbo? whats it good for?
basically, your turbo spins at like 16000rpm...it needs oil to keep it cool (just like your engine)...so oil feed taps engine oil from the engine block, then goes to turbo, and exits through oil return, which is routed to oil pan...
you have intake on the turbo, cuz filtered air is compressed by compressor...without filter, you risk have pebbles/rocks entering your turbo and possibly ruining your seals/wheels/etc...basically, imagine you're running your car without air filter...that wouldn't be too cool now would it?

 its just too beautiful! I swear man. What kit did you get? Did customly put this together? Im guessing no because everything looks too clean. . How much did you get it for? What site or place? Also do you still have your header? How much would you sell it for? what company is it again?

Thanks,
Jon

Cool thanks for the explenation, i was just wondering cause you dont see too many people with the intake, and with the oil feed to the turbo, so it seemed awkward to me. cool though.

Thanks,

the kit is a DRAG Gen 4...
it comes with pretty much everything you need to make it work, but i decided to ditch some of DRAG's parts and go vafc hack route...

basically, what this means is that i did not use inline fuel pump and fmu supplied by DRAG. rather, i got my self a dsm 450cc injectors and odb1 clips since i could use vafc for fuel issues.

also, i ditched DRAG's oil return, because they're prone to leak...instead, i spent about $70 on Aeroquip fittings, 45 degree elbows, ss braided hose to make the oil return system as reliable as possible. i definitely did not want leaks!

the kit was purchased from hondadriven from h-t.com/groupbuycenter, who in turn orders from importparts.com...
check out importparts.com, they have pretty good prices on turbo kits...
the kit was 2800 with deltagate, but i upgraded to TiAL wastegate instead of deltagate...on top of that, i purchased gauges which was about $250, and also greddy turbo timer which was $80...

so just the parts cost about $3400...
but as i was going through the install, i realized i need gojo, vacuum tee, brake cleaner, and part here and there...
which was at least $150...

so, all in all, it was a very expensive...
but i think this is because it was my first time with install this involved...i pretty much do all the work including indiglo, vafc, springs, etc etc...but this install definitely was most time consuming...

as for the parts left over from the install...
i now have AEM cold air intake, DC Sports SS 4-2-1 header, Airtex Inline Fuel Pump, Vortec FMU, check valve for sale...

oh yea, here are the gauges :
