Chip for 2000 Accord?
Nope, Never seen one. It's very costly to program (chip) OBD-2 ECU's.
How much work do you have done to it? If not much you'd probably benefit from a V-AFC or S-AFC. But if you want more options and/or control over the engine management you'll have to convert back down to OBD-1.

the most u can get out bolt ons (i/h/e, $1000) woulde 15hp max. cam and a head job ($800) would add about another 15hp. the most cost effective mod is nitrous: 50hp/$500
there simply isn't much a chip can do for you even if one was made, it's not like a turbo car where for a couple hundred $$ you can have huge power gains from advancing the timing and raising boost.
