Nope, Never seen one. It's very costly to program (chip) OBD-2 ECU's.

How much work do you have done to it? If not much you'd probably benefit from a V-AFC or S-AFC. But if you want more options and/or control over the engine management you'll have to convert back down to OBD-1.
