yea, the rims are the rh evo c5..... theres an accord 4 door same color as mine in town with the knock offs.... and i plan on getting rid of the headlights and gettin the jdm ones....... i dunno tho, if this import shop doesnt want to like do anything, maybe i can get him to give me a good discount on somthing else:thinking:

 

the "grade" doesnt mean shit. its not like FDA grade A meat.

 

yup grade varies on company...it all depend on luck sorry to say. but you do get better quality with the brand, but as the import industrie is now, there is nothign perfect. witht he little defect you have, it is probably a good hood.. just as long as the edges line up.

 

yes everything lines up correctly and the edges are fine but i just thought it would be perfect i guess...... well i am waiting on the import shops email tomarrow.... i will post what they say on here as soon as i get a response....

 

yea...my hood from VIS is pretty good but not perfect...some very minor blemishes, but only if you look for them...overall it's great quality...hopefully it doesn't fade or crack soon

 

If anyone is still looken at this post here is the email i got back from the seller

"Based on the picture you sent, I would have to say that any hood you get
from VIS is going to have small imperfections in them. I have yet to see one
of their hoods that did not. You could get another one but chances are it
too would be similar or perhaps even a touch worse. Your hood is typical of
what VIS manufactures."

 

That sucks! I know how you feel. It pisses you off cuz you know it's there let alone when you look at it. Just chill with the hood you have, cuz you'll be even more pissed if you send it off and get a hood that is worse! Sorry bro

 

damn thats bad when we got my friends hood we sent it back about 5times b4 we got a hood that was just right.
