wheel hop when taking off?
i was wonderinmg why it happens. i was driving the other day and it happened to me. it looked like the dash was going to fall off and it hopped for about 15 seconds. how can i connect better when i take off?
Oddly enough, I have the same probably if I release with to high of RPM, I have found that dumping it around 3.5 grand gives a nice smooth spin....Just practice to find the sweet spot with your car..l
hmm.. usually wheel hop or bogging happens when you drop the clutch too fast at a low RPM. If you drop the cluth at a really high RPM, the wheels should just spin like crazy (i.e. burnouts).
If this happens at the track, you can lower ur tire pressure (not recommended for daily driving, eventho i do it sometimes).
But for the street maybe change ur suspension setting, like ride height or shock rebound.
this is all from past experiences. Hopefully it makes some sense.
