Mugen Chip? Your Opinion?

I saw this on eBay and am very intrigued... what do you think... read what he says. 10 HP?

Seems to good to be true to me. I've never even heard of Mugen making chips.

hat price is almost worth the try, as long as I'm positive that it wont screw up my car.

just a bit of advice: if you dont have experience chipping i/c boards, i wouldnt reccomend chpping yourself. i have quite a bit of soldering experience, but it totally messed up one of my ecu's trying to chip it. i wound up buying a chipped p28 w/ 3 programs for $225.
