Default i love insurance!

if u rember back a few weeks ago u saw the pics of my car....my stereo got stolen....well today i got a call and insurance valued everything at $582!!!!!!....sooo that means i get 382!!! which is def awsome....if i can find this dash peice cheap....which i can for like 40 bucks, install it my self....and the rest of that money is mine! i dont need to replace anything else really.... well the cd player but i got plenty to replace it.....i love insurance

Actually i don't think your insurance rates go up from stolen property, just from actual collision. The crappy part about insurance here is the deductable. I see nd4speed has a $200 deductable which is quite good compared to mine which is $500

nope its not going up! yeah mine used to be 500 but it went down??? i thought it was 500 originally till i talked to my parents they were like umm its 200 now i was like YES!!!!!

watch out for claiming small items like that...there is an unwritten limit to how many claims an insurance company will let you make, no matter how small before they drop you, and then good luck finding another company that wont charge you everything you have just for minimal coverage....To them, a 200 claim is treated just as a 20000 claim...and if its on your parents insurance, you could be screwing them depending on how many total claims they have made, incase they need to make a serious claim down the road...insurance is great, but make sure its worth it

its my own and yeah it was worth it my parents would have said forget about it if they thought it wasnt worth it....first claim ever for anyone in my family...
