Eklypse39, nah...

I'm very dissappointed in the new Mazda RX-8. At only 250whp and what... 156lbs of torque? The RX-8 w/ the 6spd manual runs the 1/4mile in 15secs flat. I'm pretty sure it can run better times but we won't know till it actual comes out.

There are guys with automatic 03' Accords V6 already running high 14sec 1/4 mile times with just premium fuel and a Injen Cold Air intake. The 03' Accord 6spd have been under-rated by Honda and is capable of doing low 14s pretty soon.

I wouldn't waste my money on the RX-8. I rather get the RX-7.

That's a poor argument, as the Accord has far more torque and might give it a close race, if not edge it out.

You should've said the Nissan 350Z, starting out at around the same price. That would kick the Accord's ass into next week.
