Yes, they are the same doors! Both front and back! I work at a Honda dealership parts department and if you don't believe me, call your local Honda dealership and ask for the door part numbers for both the Sedan and Wagon. See if they are the same numbers!

Honda designed the 4th gen and 5th gen Wagons by using the same doors as the Sedans so they can save money! The Civic Wagon, however, is a different story.
