Default How much for a custom painjob?

Right now, the 02 Accord SE is firepepper red, but when I start modifying it next year(my parents bought it for my sis, they gave me an old '94 Accord ), I wanna change the color of the car as well. I was thinking either the electron blue found on the 99-00 Civic Si or the blue found on the 97-01 Prelude. So about how much does a professional paintjob cost?

for a good job, you're looking at anywhere from 2-5G's

If you do the prep work yourself, and want to paint the engine bay and under the trunk (total car repaint), and you can get a hook up of some sort, it still may be unknown. Sorry but there are too many variables with how really good of a paint job you want, plus quality of paint, plus door jams, trunk, engine bay, etc....also prep, masking, sanding, removing dings and misc defects. It really is hard to tell. But good luck. I am personally reading up and studying in my spare time how to so paint and body work so I can save an assload of cash when I repaint!!!

it's the same color. imo, it's kind of a played color to paint a 5th gen. choose something else.

depending on how good of job you want done it can get very $$$. i would say for 4-5K for a quality job.
