in minnesota if you get rearended and say the magic words "ouch my neck" its a min of 7 g's comin to you.

The insurance man called today, he said its totalled and theyd give me 2900 for it, i paid 3100 a year ago fo it

That sucks. But in a way its your chance to get a new car. You do know you can sue or claim against the other insurance for property damage/loss. That way you can get more money to pay for your new car.

Actually that is a pretty good deal. $200 less then what you paid for. Not bad at all.

alright heres the final verdict, the insurance guy is givin me 3150 for the car, which is what i paid for it a year ago, and hes givin me 200 bucks for a rental car

That's similar to what happened to me a month ago, but mine was only surface damage. (#3 hit #2 who then hit me, so #2 absorbed most of the shock and her car was totalled.) Sorry to hear about that, and hopefully you find a replacement you like.

Just slightly off topic -- where in PA are you? I'm near Harrisburg.

Well i found a new car....its another Accord! im picking it up friday, its a 94 lx, 59,000 miles, stick...beautiful ill take soem pics when i get it. $5700 out the door
